Udeh approaches image-making as a form of cultural dialogue. Drawing from archival imagery, historical research, and Pan-African visual culture, she traces connections across the Black diaspora, revealing visual and emotional continuities between African traditions and their presence throughout the Americas. Her work explores memory and resistance, considering how visual culture informs both personal and collective histories. Her work aims to contribute to an expanding global Black archive, creating images that invite dialogue and deepen conversations across the diaspora.
